UK Shipping 
– We offer shipping through UK Royal Mail Next Day Signed/Tracked services.
– Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. 
– Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
– Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

– Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, during promotional periods.
– Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Orders 
– We currently do not offer international shipping. For any international orders and enquiries, please contact us.

UK Order Tracking
– Customers can track the status of their order by using the provided tracking number.
– In the event  of any tracking issues, please contact us. 

Delivery address 
– Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
– If a customer needs to change the shipping address after placing an order, they should contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
– We take great care in packaging and ensuring that orders are shipped securely. However, in the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact our customer support team immediately.
– We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacement items or refunds will only be provided upon successful investigation.
